The Etownian is Elizabethtown College's student-run newspaper. Nearly 30 students staff the editorial board to publish 20 issues each school year. Every week, staff writers report for news, features, campus life, opinion or sports.

Samantha first wrote for the paper in fall 2008 as a student in a Reporting and Newswriting for the Print Media course. In fall 2009 she joined the editorial board as an assistant copy editor. She reports for campus life and sports as needed.
