I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science and the Director of the International Studies Minor Program at Elizabethtown College, PA. My research interests include Turkish foreign policy, transatlantic security, Turkey-EU Relations, NATO, Security Sector Reform, peacebuilding operations, the EU Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), the Arab Spring, conflict resolution in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Balkans, and comparative political communication.

I teach introductory courses on International Relations and Comparative Politics as well as upper division courses on the Political Violence and Terrorism, the European Union, and the United Nations.
