Course Topics:
You know how to use Excel, even how to use some common functions like SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT and you’re pretty good at adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Ramp up your expertise by attending this two hour class. You’ll learn some special date functions, use several error checking functions and combine them with IF, learn the usefulness of string functions like LEFT and LEN and how you can use them in an IF function. Learn how to display a specific value based on another value by using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and INDEX. If you work with large volumes of data, SUMIF and SUMPRODUCTS are examples of array functions that make quick work of summarizing. Kathy Kellie will teach the class and experts will show you real life situations where these functions are used.
