What is a Private Network Folder? |
| |
It's the part of the network where you may save files.
|
| |
Why should I save files there? |
| |
- The files are available even if your computer is stolen, the hard drive crashes, or your computer doesn't work.
- Network files are backed up.
- Work files, such as your Excel files, should be stored in your Private folder.
|
| |
How do I get to my Private Network folder? |
| |
- In Microsoft programs, menu: File, Save As...
-
Click link to My Computer

- Double-click username$ on (U:)

|
| |
What is the difference between PRIVATE and PUBLIC? |
| |
