OUTLOOK TIPS - Display Your Mailbox's Folder Structure

Problem:
You would like to see all the folders in your mailbox, not only what is on the Outlook Bar. The Outlook bar is tha gray vertical box on the left, displaying Outlook Today.

How to Display Folders:
The example is Outlook 2000, but Outlook XP works the same way.

• The Inbox is displayed.
  
  
• Click the drop-down arrow next to the Inbox.
  The folder list appears.
  
  
• Click the push pin
  
  
• The folder is "pinned" in place, the push pin changes to an X
  Scroll up and down or horizontally to view all your folders
  
  
  
• Close the folder list
  Click the X at the top of the folder list
