WORD TIP - Replace a word or phrase with different text
Add text to existing words

Background:

In an article about George Washington, every time his name appears, you would like to add President before his name, so his name would appear as President George Washington.

How to:

Move your cursor to the top of the document. (Control + Home)
Select from the menu: Edit, Replace...

Type what you are searching for in the Find what: box
Type what you want it to become in the Replace with: box
Select Replace All

In the resulting information box, click OK and then close the Find and Replace dialog box. If you don't like the result in your document, from the menu, select, Edit, Undo.
