WORD TIP - Replace a word or phrase with different text

Background: In an article about George Washington, every time his name appears, you would like to add President before his name, so his name would appear as President George Washington. How to: Move your cursor to the top of the document. (Control + Home)
Type what you are searching for in the Find what: box
In the resulting information box, click OK and then close the Find and Replace dialog box. If you don't like the result in your document, from the menu, select, Edit, Undo.
