Use a list from Excel to make a contact group in Outlook

In Excel, copy the list of email addresses
In Outlook
  • People, New Contact Group
  • Give the group a name
  • Click Add Members, then From Address Book
  • Click in the Members box at the bottom
  • Paste (Control + V)
  • OK

Reduce the file size of a PDF

  • Print to a virtual pdf printer (NitroPDF, Bullzip PDF Printer, etc.)
  • Used NitroPDF to shrink a 4MB file to 650KB.
